Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT change or software delivery projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Ability to manage workload independently. Proficiency in BPMN process mapping. Proficiency in business requirements elicitation. Experience within supply chain, WMS, wholesale, or distribution environments (nice to have). Knowledge of JIRA Software and Confluence (nice to have). Recognised business analysis qualification (IIBA/BCS) (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs. Facilitate workshops and meetings. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. Contribute to Agile ceremonies and maintain a backlog of user stories. Support solution evaluation, testing, and risk management. Model business processes using BPMN and identify improvement opportunities.
