Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain & Logistics or closely related field 2 years of experience in an operations/process analyst position 2 years of experience establishing, maintaining, and presenting on KPIs 2 years of experience developing frameworks for data acquisition, standardization and KPI design 2 years of experience implementing and supporting Labor Management software 2 years of experience analyzing customer needs for documentation and solutions 2 years of experience conducting business process analysis and providing recommendations 2 years of experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting software Experience with Excel data modeling Experience with Manhattan WMoS applications Experience with GAP Analysis Experience with Root Cause Analysis Experience utilizing UNIX and/or Linux servers Experience utilizing Oracle relational databases Experience utilizing Oracle SQL

Design and implement supply chain solutions using Labor Management software Write, update, and maintain computer programs Analyze customer needs to create documentation and solutions Design, configure, and test solutions Analyze supply chain processes for efficiency and optimization Troubleshoot and support existing supply chain solutions Author technical documents Configure supply chain software systems Develop frameworks for data acquisition and KPI design Create and execute testing to validate software Build and execute training for end users
