Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other related field. Minimum of two (2) years in a technical program/project management role, preferably in the aviation industry. Minimum of five (5) years of total experience (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered). Familiarity with procurement and logistics operations in a product development lifecycle. Project management experience in complex aircraft development. Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Jama, Jira and/or other project management tools. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing standard processes. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and manage conflict. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive delivery of communication and follow up. Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints. Demonstrated agility and autonomous decision-making within ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and communicate budget, schedule, and product development plans. Collaborate with work package owners to define activities across supply chain functions. Provide and maintain inputs to the integrated master schedule. Define goals, track deliverables, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans. Assess resource requirements and highlight gaps. Coordinate with other TPMs to align priorities and summarize status. Manage the project roadmap within the overall program strategy. Partner with Operations to organize information and establish execution rhythm. Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators for Supply Chain functions.
