5+ years of Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, or similar experience. Proven ability to design, manage, and execute comprehensive event strategies (in-person and virtual). Experience owning and executing partner marketing initiatives (co-marketing, co-selling enablement). Strong analytical mindset with experience tying field marketing activities to measurable business outcomes. Exceptional cross-functional communication skills. Partner program design and management experience. Experience building GTM programs targeting SMB or mid-market customers (Great to Have). Familiarity with the nonprofit technology ecosystem (Great to Have). Comfort in a fast-moving, remote-first environment (Great to Have). Hands-on experience with event platforms (Wistia/Zoom/Ring Central), ABM tools (6sense/AdRoll ABM), Salesforce, and business intelligence software (Metabase) (Great to Have).
