Requirements:
Proven track record of exceeding quotas in B2B software or SaaS sales. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced sales environment. Self-starter mentality with strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing a full sales cycle. Experience selling into transport, logistics, or fleet industries is a plus. Knowledge of fleet management or maintenance software solutions is preferred. Established network within relevant verticals is preferred. Experience selling to operations, fleet managers, or IT decision-makers is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and close new mid-market business opportunities. Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Manage and negotiate contract terms through to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs. Stay informed about market trends and competitive developments. Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
