Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA a plus) 5+ years of progressive supply chain/logistics experience in CPG, food, or beverage; temperature-sensitive products strongly preferred Experience with US export to Canada or Mexico is a bonus Proven leadership experience spanning both logistics and customer service Deep experience with 3PL operations, temperature-controlled freight, and distributor logistics (UNFI, KeHE, etc.) Hands-on experience with ERPs—NetSuite preferred—and warehouse management systems Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central programs Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets Excellent communicator and skilled negotiator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style
