Supply Chain Manager

5+ years of experience in supply chain operations with emphasis on overseas manufacturing and logistics. Demonstrated success managing supplier relationships across Asia or other international regions. Working knowledge of manufacturing and product development processes, particularly in textiles and consumer electronics. Familiarity with international shipping practices, freight forwarding, and customs processes. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Clear, professional communication skills with experience navigating time zone differences and cultural nuances. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Act as primary liaison with overseas manufacturers. Monitor production schedules and escalate risks. Coordinate shipping logistics. Ensure raw material and componentry availability. Enter and manage manufacturer purchase orders in NetSuite. Adjust production schedules to balance inventory and demand. Maintain visibility of inbound shipments and resolve delays. Co-lead Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SiOP) meetings. Support continuous improvement of supply chain processes. Handle International Sales Team requests for vendor information.
