Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA, JD, or Master’s in Taxation strongly preferred 10+ years of international tax experience in public accounting and/or within a multinational corporation Strong technical expertise in U.S. international tax rules (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTCs) and OECD/G20 frameworks Experience managing global tax provisions under ASC 740 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others across functions and cultures Curiosity and a proactive, hands-on approach to exploring new tools, processes, and technologies Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear guidance for non-tax stakeholders Strong project management skills Experience identifying or implementing automation or AI opportunities in tax or finance processes Knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies and international tax treaties
