Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strategic financial guidance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong familiarity with Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint, or Ajera. Deep understanding of AE industry challenges and opportunities.

Develop and execute strategic vision for Client Accounting and CFO Advisory Services practices. Lead and mentor accounting professional teams specializing in Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint and Ajera. Oversee delivery of outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and CFO advisory services. Drive scalability by strengthening on and offshore delivery teams and improving processes. Leverage automation, AI tools, and ERP platforms to enhance service delivery.
