Inbound Sales Representative (Remote/Central Time)

Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center. History of exceeding sales targets. Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer. Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel. Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system.

Work as an expert resource for families on senior care options. Take inbound, pre-screened leads remotely. Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families. Educate families on customized senior care options. Find senior living communities and home care providers. Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
