Account Specialist, Affiliate Marketing

1-2 years of experience Background in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing beneficial. Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting, etc.). Knowledge of HTML is a plus. Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings.

Support the management of client accounts. Assist in the execution of affiliate marketing strategies. Analyze performance data. Build strong client relationships. Gather and interpret performance data to develop insights. Prepare reports that translate data into actionable insights. Monitor key performance metrics and adjust campaign tactics. Support the execution of client's affiliate strategies. Contribute ideas to enhance client success. Support the implementation of new tactics. Ensure required account operations outputs are delivered. Support senior team members in managing partner relationships. Assist in recruitment strategies. Attend industry events and networking opportunities. Stay informed on emerging industry trends. Learn from senior team members to manage accounts independently. Participate in AP training programs.
