Support development and delivery of change management plans for LMS and CRM projects. Assess system change impacts across teams and roles. Develop communication assets (guides, FAQs, update notices). Assist in preparing and coordinating remote training sessions. Track adoption metrics and provide insights. Work with teams to ensure changes are documented and communicated. Identify change champions, early adopters, and resistance points. Maintain communication logs, readiness updates, and feedback channels. Contribute to RAID logs and risk escalation. Support staff engagement initiatives. Assist with planning and execution of go-live readiness and post-go-live support.
