Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Live Ops Support Engineers and coordinate during live events. Implement and improve runbooks, workflows, and operational playbooks. Monitor live operations in real-time to ensure stream stability, quality, and performance. Oversee end-to-end delivery of live streaming on the product application. Direct issue mitigation efforts during live events and coordinate troubleshooting. Plan and manage operations tooling development. Facilitate agile ceremonies for Live Ops-related work.
