Manager, Software Engineering - Billing

4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps Demonstrates rigorous thinking and effective decision-making in cross-functional environments Experience with billing, SaaS monetization and/or payments infrastructure

Partner with Product and Design to build and execute a long-term roadmap Work closely with cross-functional partners and engineering teams to solve complex problems Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment Help drive diversity and inclusion initiatives through hiring and cross-functional programs
