Requirements:
2-4+ years of professional experience in account management, partner success, operations, analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills including Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas). Exposure to the 340B Drug Pricing Program or healthcare reimbursement models (ideally 1+ years). Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information. Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management abilities. Solutions-focused mindset. Clear communication skills. Strong project management and prioritization skills. Tenacity and drive. Passion and interest in PurposeMed's mission. Ability to travel occasionally (up to twice per month) across the US and Canada.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with 340B partners. Onboard and train new partners on reporting tools and workflows. Manage and reconcile partner invoicing. Support sales initiatives for PrEP and HIV+ Care services. Analyze partner and patient data to identify trends and opportunities. Gather community insights to inform program design. Ensure compliance with 340B legislative requirements.
