5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within telecommunications, VAS, mobile marketing, or digital advertising Demonstrated success managing and growing large operator accounts in Asia Strong network and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders within mobile operators and digital ecosystems Excellent understanding of digital marketing, mobile engagement, and performance-based commercial models Ability to map mobile operator organizations, understand internal dynamics, and navigate decision-making structures Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, results-oriented approach Ability to thrive in a multinational, fast-paced environment and work effectively across cultures Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
