4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations management. Proven track record in managing B2B relationships or partner ecosystems. Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills. Experience working with or selling to the U.S. market is a strong plus. Background in home improvement, repair, or technical service industries is highly valued. Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive communication, and a strong sense of ownership. Fluent English is required. Russian proficiency is a strong plus.
