Experience in recruitment operations, candidate sourcing support, or pool management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills in English Comfortable managing multiple candidate pipelines and roles simultaneously Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule Experience with ATS systems like Ashby or Notion (nice-to-have) Familiarity with recruiting for accounting, finance, or remote teams (nice-to-have)

Maintain accurate candidate records Track candidate progress and follow-up schedules Ensure timely communication with candidates Monitor pool health and provide updates Conduct initial candidate touchpoints or paper-screening Nurture relationships with candidates Prepare candidate information and status reports Collaborate with Talent Partners to understand hiring priorities Share metrics on pipeline volume, quality, and candidate engagement Identify bottlenecks or gaps and propose solutions
