Design and develop core-loops, systems, gameplay, and rewards for casual/hybrid casual games. Own feature designs and drive them through production into release and live-ops. Collaborate with Design & Product Management to brainstorm, design, and iterate on features. Collaborate with UX and UI to build wireframes and flows. Work with developers to ensure designs are translated into code as per spec. Develop post-launch/live-ops features by integrating events. Pitch, communicate, and maintain a holistic view of the game design. Pitch and suggest ideas to overcome complex problems. Deconstruct competitor game systems, loops, & features.
