3+ years of experience as a product/UX designer Portfolio spanning web and mobile products Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems Experience working closely with engineers and product managers Comfort designing from incomplete inputs and evolving requirements

Lead end-to-end design for AI product surfaces, from concept to production Design key user flows that make advanced AI capabilities simple and usable Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI Rapidly prototype and iterate on new interaction models Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights Help define and evolve A1’s design system Advocate for the user while balancing product velocity and technical constraints
