Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product
- B.S. from a top-tier university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule
- Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development
- Exceptional decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications
- Real passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving
- Self-driven, organized entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
- Fluent in English
- Prior programming or design experience (plus)
Responsibilities
- Define the why, when, and what of products
- Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to launch
- Build product and strategy reflecting company vision
- Articulate business value to the product team
- Define release process and coordinate go-to-market activities
- Manage and prioritize product items
- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas
- Benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies
- Define and analyze metrics for feature/product performance and customer satisfaction
- Provide suggestions for improvements
