Senior Regulatory Counsel

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 8+ years of healthcare regulatory experience. Deep understanding of healthcare laws and regulations. Demonstrated ability to interpret and advise on complex regulatory issues. Proven track record of providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Experience engaging with regulatory and licensing authorities preferred.

Serve as a key legal advisor supporting multiple business units. Provide advice on telehealth, digital health, and pharmacy compliance. Counsel internal teams on federal and state healthcare regulatory frameworks. Support regulatory aspects of new product and service launches. Partner with the public policy team to assess, interpret, and shape proposed laws. Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks. Stay current on evolving state and federal healthcare laws. Collaborate to develop and maintain policies and procedures.
