Requirements:
2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a client-facing or customer-facing environment. Fluency in French and English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRMs (Salesforce is an asset). Self-starter with initiative and reliability. Highly organized, dependable, and calm under pressure. Team-first collaborator.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate client records, trackers, and internal systems. Prepare reports and documentation for client engagement. Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and communication. Triage and route questions, issues, or escalations to appropriate teams. Identify process gaps and suggest workflow improvements. Maintain Salesforce records for client contacts and program details. Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance program delivery.
