Hunt, qualify, and close new US accounts. Own the full sales funnel: outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract. Grow client accounts over time: upsell new roles, renew contracts, identify cross-sell opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM. Liaise with Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and demand gen. Ensure handoff and delivery alignment with Talent & Delivery teams. Represent DevForce at US industry events, webinars, and engineer communities. Map and refine ICPs per vertical. Participate in strategy and GTM planning.
