2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field Experience in recruiting for healthcare/health tech, corporate, and niche, or LatAm roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with candidate screening, topgrading techniques, and client relationship management Strong proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
