Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field Experience in recruiting for healthcare/health tech, corporate, and niche, or LatAm roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with candidate screening, topgrading techniques, and client relationship management Strong proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Responsibilities:
Build and refine job descriptions (JDs) based on client Statements of Work (SoWs) Attend client success calls to align recruitment efforts with client expectations Monitor and manage recruitment pipelines, shifting sourcing strategies if needed Directly source candidates for roles if pipelines are underperforming Post high-priority roles on relevant job boards Conduct prescreening of candidates through voice notes and topgrading techniques Administer client-specific assessments Create and manage candidate profiles in Notion and Hubspot Endorse candidate profiles for Matching Lead approval through Workable Ensure timely client updates within 24 hours of new information or progress Collaborate with marketing to create public materials for job roles Respond promptly to candidate inquiries Review candidate profiles for accuracy and quality before endorsement Proactively monitor and resolve any issues related to candidate or client satisfaction Identify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and implement best practices
