Technical Project Manager, Deployment

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields 3+ years of professional experience in project management or customer success roles Deep understanding of robotic systems, including hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical debugging Excellent communication skills Analytical mindset Proven experience building strong customer relationships Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation Willingness to travel (50-75%) Must have and maintain US work authorization

Prepare and verify site readiness for cobot deployment Support project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling Lead onsite hardware and software testing of cobots Identify, document, and troubleshoot issues Implement risk assessment mitigation strategies Deep dive customer requirements and develop roadmaps Provide customers with technical expertise and solutions Partner with Program Manager for customer communication and project progress
