Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline. 8+ years experience as an MSL or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes. Knowledge and experience within the oncology therapeutic area. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information effectively. Excellent presentation skills. Strong networking skills. Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to travel up to 60% of time.

Engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals. Serve as a therapeutic expert and thought partner to internal teams. Liaise between Revolution Medicines and clinical study sites / investigators. Provide support for medical education, advisory boards, and medical congresses. Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and academic centers. Communicate clinical and scientific data through presentations and educational programs. Synthesize and communicate scientific insights from KOLs to relevant internal teams. Provide scientific support for medical congresses and advisory boards. Establish credibility as a scientific expert for internal stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, and marketing teams. Stay current with scientific literature and emerging research.
