Requirements:
8+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or visual design At least 3 years in people management roles Proven track record of successfully leading and developing design teams Portfolio demonstrating art direction and visual storytelling skills Hands-on experience across the creative process, marketing campaigns, graphic design, and brand development Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into the creative process Experience designing for enterprise B2B/B2C audiences, preferably in SaaS or marketing technology Excellent presentation and communication skills Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus Deep appreciation for social media trends, creator culture, and digital marketing best practices Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee art direction and visual execution for product launches and marketing campaigns Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with business objectives Collaborate to evolve visual brand identity and design systems Present creative concepts and articulate rationale to executive stakeholders Create visual assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and more Develop templates and design systems for scalable creative production Lead and manage a team of brand designers, providing mentorship and development Establish high quality standards for design execution and workflows Manage workload distribution and resource allocation for the design team Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic insights Partner closely with copywriters, product marketers, and cross-functional teams Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all marketing channels Identify opportunities to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity Adapt creative strategies for different audience segments Use data and analytics to evaluate creative performance and inform design decisions
