Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Oversee art direction and visual execution for major product launches and marketing campaigns Develop creative concepts and visual strategies Collaborate to evolve visual brand identity and design systems Present creative concepts to executive stakeholders Create visual assets for various marketing materials Develop templates and design systems for scalable creative production Ensure creative output meets brand standards and delivers exceptional user experience Stay current on design trends and best practices Lead and manage a team of brand designers, providing mentorship Establish high quality standards for design execution Conduct one-on-ones and performance reviews with direct reports Foster a collaborative creative environment Manage workload distribution and resource allocation Lead creative brainstorming sessions Partner closely with cross-functional teams Build team capabilities through coaching and feedback Ensure consistent application of brand identity Identify opportunities to push creative boundaries Adapt creative strategies for different audience segments Create compelling case studies and customer success stories Use data and analytics to evaluate creative performance Analyze campaign performance metrics Iterate on creative based on performance data
