Senior Trust Operations Analyst

Experience in customer-facing security roles: answering security questionnaires, supporting audits, or enabling sales teams Understand how to conduct vendor security assessments and third-party risk reviews Comfortable navigating technical concepts and explaining them clearly to non-technical stakeholders Technical aptitude, comfortable writing a simple Python script when needed Understand and have experience as a user of various AI, LLMs, and Coding agents tools Background in security, risk, compliance, or trust operations Confident engaging with customers and vendors Understand how cloud environments work, especially AWS Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively troubleshoot issues Organized, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly and respectfully

Act as the primary security SME for Sales and Customer Success teams Respond to customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs Support customer security audits and assessments Develop playbooks, FAQs, and resources for customer-facing teams Join customer calls to address security concerns Track common customer security requirements and work with Engineering/Product Conduct security assessments of third-party vendors and suppliers Review vendor security documentation, certifications, and questionnaires Work with Procurement and Legal on vendor security standards Maintain a vendor risk register Escalate high-risk findings and coordinate remediation Support evidence collection for ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, and other frameworks Maintain and improve internal security policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security and compliance Participate in risk assessments and track mitigation Explore new certifications and frameworks
