Minimum 5 years’ technical experience with Esri GIS based systems Experience with data structuring/modeling, application design related to asset management and work management systems Demonstrable skills developing documentation for system installation, configuration and maintenance Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL and/or Oracle Server) Experience analyzing and documenting user needs and requirements University degree in computer science, engineering, math, GIS or equivalent education and experience Strong interpersonal skills / relationship building Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, goal driven, and efficient team player Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skill Time management / multi-tasking ability Team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Willingness to travel throughout Canada

Install, configure and upgrade Cityworks and Esri technology Assist with migration strategies for version upgrades Coordinate and validate technical response and estimation for proposals Work with clients during software implementation Contribute to needs analysis and functional requirements definition Provide demonstrations of Esri technology Pursue self-instruction on relevant technical topics Meet with customers to identify business objectives solvable with GIS Provide database design expertise, application support and prototype development Provide quality training for Administrators and End-users Conduct system and integration testing and support user acceptance testing
