5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar (e.g. GTM engineer) Strong internal communication with proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders Experience managing the software procurement processes from initial problem scoping through vendor evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing management phases Experience developing custom solutions or integrations across 3rd party tech Strong technical orientation - excited about developing system architecture and working closely with technical partners Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree (or relevant work experience) Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Contentful, Zoom, Webflow, Databricks, Tableau, 6sense, ReachDesk Experience working closely with Engineering teams building & maintaining custom infrastructure Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., Python, SQL, API integration, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript)
