7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on developer productivity, infrastructure, or platform engineering Proficient in Go and Typescript Experience with monorepo tooling and package managers like pnpm or Nx Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Github Actions, ArgoCD, Octopus, Harness) Experience making local development environments stable and reproducible across teams Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences Experience in async or globally distributed teams
