Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Experience in B2B BD / sales / partnerships in Fintech / payments / neobanks, Developer tooling / APIs / infrastructure, or Crypto/web3 infra
  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals with tech companies and startups
  • Exposure to pre-sales / solution consulting
  • Experience working with or selling to web3 companies (bonus)
  • Background in early-stage startups (bonus)
  • Hands-on familiarity with banking, payments or card schemes (bonus)
  • Comfortable mapping customer architectures and flows
  • Familiarity with basic crypto/web3 concepts
  • Strong ability to frame value in terms of revenue, cost, speed to market, and risk reduction
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales
  • Confident in structuring commercial models
  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Operates with a builder mentality
  • Enjoys working closely with product and engineering
  • Comfortable with travel

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a high-quality partnership pipeline
  • Identify and prioritize target partners
  • Run structured discovery to understand partner use cases
  • Qualify opportunities and manage them through the sales funnel
  • Develop a deep understanding of UR’s product stack and APIs
  • Translate partner requirements into concrete solution designs
  • Work with product and engineering to evaluate feasibility and scope integrations
  • Prepare diagrams, flows, and documentation for partners
  • Support RFPs with structured responses
  • Build business cases and ROI narratives
  • Structure and negotiate commercial terms
  • Own the final mile of the deal
  • Ensure smooth handover to implementation and live operations
  • Stay involved during early go-live to unblock issues
  • Support ongoing relationship management for strategic accounts
  • Keep a close pulse on the market
  • Feed structured insights and partner feedback back into product and leadership
  • Collaborate on refining UR’s channel partner programme
  • Represent UR at conferences and ecosystem events
  • Run product demos and solution workshops
  • Partner with marketing on case studies and content
