Senior Engineering Manager, Core AI Platform

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 8 years of people management experience with an engineering team Minimum of 10 years as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience Experience managing engineering organizations of 20 or above Experience managing managers Experience building or integrating with AI products Experience working in a platform team or a developer-facing API product Experience running a standard Agile process

Directly manage up to 20 direct reports Partner with Product Managers to plan roadmaps and sprints Accountable for high quality execution on critical business objectives Make tradeoffs between feature work and technical debt Responsible for excellence in software quality, engineering practices, and operations Lead team through standard Agile processes Review and approve engineering designs Set technical direction Drive cross-org initiatives Drive career conversations and plans for direct reports
