8+ years of engineering leadership experience. Deep experience working on complex products and/or their respective platforms. Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 35+ in size. Proven track record of growing high-performing teams. Passion for leading, coaching, and building inspired teams. Business acumen with an understanding of platform principles. Strong decision-making skills. Effective communicator and story-teller. Ability to operate at multiple altitudes (vision, strategy, execution).

Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver results consistently and sustainably. Identify and lead strategic initiatives, particularly in developer productivity. Partner with engineers and leaders to create foundational building blocks. Guide technical strategy to enable long-term value. Build and mentor a high-impact engineering team. Influence Vanta’s engineering culture and strategy. Own and maintain FedRAMP authorization from an engineering perspective.
