- Serve as the primary driver of new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients.
- Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies to uncover pain points, align on business outcomes, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through contract negotiation and close.
- Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase ARR and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams to refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Interface.ai’s SaaS offerings and effectively articulate the business value and ROI to prospective clients.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and post-sale experience for new customers.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for prospect and client needs in cross-functional discussions.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to team revenue goals.
