Case Manager III, Business Operations

Self-starter with ability to drive actions to completion. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and support supplier quality field activities. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to manage relationships. Bachelor Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Sciences, or Engineering preferred). Minimum 2 years customer-facing project management experience (engineering, manufacturing, or fast-paced operations preferred). Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and inspection methods is an asset. Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions.

Perform project management functions using ERP system and integrated software. Review and take action on orders to meet customer delivery and quality. Lead problem-solving for troubled orders with subject matter experts. Understand supplier capabilities and execute oversight. Assess impact of manufactured part rejections and resolve issues. Provide customer updates on troubled orders. Document all project-related activity. Monitor daily supplier activity. Manage customer and supplier relationships via phone, video, and written communication. Interface with internal teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet customer needs. Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders. Participate in initiatives to simplify and automate processes. Comply with quality and safety systems, policies, and procedures.
