A bachelor’s degree preferably in an energy-related or policy-related discipline, including environmental science, electrical or mechanical engineering, public policy or economics degrees A minimum of two years of work-related experience Will also accept well-qualified candidates with at least four years of work-related experience in lieu of a degree Technical experience in the field of HVAC, water heating, envelope, industrial processes, electric vehicles, demand response, distributed generation, lighting, water efficiency, and related technology solutions preferred Experience with energy codes and appliance standards and/or specification development preferred Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with task management software such as Monday.com Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work and thrive independently Willingness to conduct occasional business travel Enthusiasm for working within a diverse, collaborative team
