Building Electrification Senior Project Manager (Hybrid/Remote - CA)

Bachelor's degree in an energy, engineering, or environmental related discipline Minimum of 8 years of work experience Minimum of 5 years project management experience Demonstrated ability to conduct large, collaborative, facilitated sessions Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks Strong client communication and client relationship management skills Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote) Ability to juggle many activities and communications Willingness to conduct occasional business travel

Craft overall program vision, direction, execution, and completion of program deliverables Facilitate new program launch and manage project portfolios focused on market transformation Communicate program and market progress to management, clients, and external stakeholders Interact with customers, clients, and external collaborators Guide a team conducting market research and data analysis Manage project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight Track industry trends impacting energy efficiency and decarbonization Organize and facilitate in-person meetings, conference calls, and collaboration sessions Conduct program stakeholder meetings, capture escalations, and resolve potential issues
