Requirements:
Experience in event technology Passionate about delivering incredible event attendee experiences Ability to operate at a fast pace on a variety of projects Strong customer-centric mindset and attention to detail Experience in end-to-end event ownership (webinars, conferences, trade shows) Cross-functional coordination skills with agencies, AV partners, venues, and internal teams Technical dexterity in building and configuring event platforms Ability to execute flawlessly under pressure and manage risks Experience in life sciences is a bonus
Responsibilities:
Build, configure, and launch event apps using SpotMe Backstage Manage clients and stakeholders with clear, timely communications Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution Brief speakers and oversee event operations for smooth delivery Handle post-event communications, data analysis, and reporting
