Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 7–10+ years of sales or business development experience in financial data, market intelligence, or ratings-related products. Demonstrated success in selling enterprise data products, including feeds, APIs, and vendor-distributed content. Established network of institutional clients and/or data distribution partners. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills. Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with market data technologies (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, FactSet, APIs, cloud delivery, etc.) strongly preferred. Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for selling KBRA ratings data. Identify, prospect, and secure new clients. Lead enterprise-level negotiations and close deals. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data integration. Represent KBRA Analytics at client meetings and industry events. Partner with internal stakeholders for sales alignment. Provide client-driven insights for product development. Collaborate with broader sales teams for cross-selling. Manage pipeline development, sales forecasts, and performance reporting. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets. Establish a repeatable sales framework.
