Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior brand leadership role at a CPG or wellness brand. Proven ability to build and scale brands across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels. Deep experience with data-driven marketing, consumer insights, and analytics platforms. Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams. Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling, positioning, and communication abilities. Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders. Deep passion for health, wellness, and sustainability. Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, ideally with exposure to private equity or high-growth brands. Experience leading a brand through rapid growth or transformation (nice to have). Background in working with private equity-backed businesses (nice to have). Familiarity with international expansion strategies (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
Define and drive the long-term brand strategy and vision for FGO. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across DTC, Amazon, and retail. Own the full marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Champion consumer insights and data-driven decision-making. Oversee the innovation pipeline in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Manage and mentor a growing marketing team. Drive creative development and storytelling across digital, social, email, content, and packaging. Partner with eCommerce, sales, and operations teams for cohesive strategies. Lead performance analysis and reporting of all marketing initiatives. Act as a brand steward internally and externally.
