Director, Business Operations

10+ years of experience in Operations, Resource Management, or Business Strategy At least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven experience scaling processes, teams, and systems in a complex, creative, or technology-driven organization Exceptional analytical and strategic skills Deep understanding of operational frameworks and performance metrics Strong leadership and collaboration skills Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and guiding others through change A builder mindset

Partner with the executive team to translate company strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and systems. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team spanning Resource Management and IT/Business Automation. Identify and remove operational redundancies across the business. Champion scalable systems and tools. Provide strategic direction to the Resource Management function. Oversee the design and continuous improvement of tools, systems, and reporting frameworks for Resource Management. Act as an escalation point and strategic advisor for Resource Management. Provide strategic oversight of Metalab’s IT function. Drive optimization of digital systems and processes. Oversee the implementation of business automations. Act as a trusted partner to all departments. Collaborate closely with People Operations to align on employee experience initiatives. Work with Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure resourcing, hiring, and systems decisions are made holistically. Work with Finance and Project Management to ensure reporting provides necessary visibility.
