- Define and evolve product and brand design vision ensuring alignment across teams and client projects.
- Coach senior design leaders and project teams, providing actionable feedback and career guidance.
- Contribute hands-on to design work, pitches, and reviews to maintain high creative standards.
- Oversee and refine brand systems that integrate into product experiences, utilizing motion, 3D, and interaction design.
- Lead cross-disciplinary reviews and partner with clients at a strategic level to scale brands.
- Collaborate with the Chief Design Officer on design department strategy, operations, and hiring processes.
- Represent the company through thought leadership and active participation in the design community.
