3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical presales, or similar customer-facing technical role Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns Experience with payment processing concepts including tokenization, PCI compliance, and transaction flows Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar) Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, curl) and debugging techniques Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Experience conducting technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering Track record of creating technical proposals and solution documentation Comfort presenting to large audiences and facilitating technical workshops Ability to position technical solutions in business context with clear value articulation Understanding of payment industry fundamentals (acquiring, issuing, card networks, ACH) Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance requirements and security best practices Knowledge of common payment use cases across different verticals Awareness of competitive payment facilitation and embedded payment solutions
