Responsibilities:
Guide clients on implementing our product across various web platforms. Reproduce technical issues, investigate root causes, and create reports for the development team. Respond to user requests with empathy and technical precision. Participate in product meetings, bringing user feedback to shape new features. Maintain and contribute to the public help desk, FAQs, and internal knowledge base. Serve as the go-to expert for product-related questions from other teams.
