Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of successful SaaS sales leadership. Proven success leading quota-carrying teams in remote/field sales. Experience selling into the K-12 education market. Demonstrated ability to build and scale pipelines and exceed revenue targets. Strength in complex sales motions with multi-stakeholder cycles. Strong skills in forecasting, territory planning, competitive strategy, and execution. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to travel 30-50%.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a remote team of Regional Sales Managers. Establish a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Own the Large District acquisition strategy for target districts nationwide. Set objectives and KPIs aligned to annual quota. Help define and execute competitive strategy. Support the team in closing deals. Guide sellers through complex buying cycles. Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. Monitor team pipeline health and territory coverage. Ensure CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize seller success and customer experience. Provide field-level feedback on market trends and competitive insights. Develop deep understanding of the K-12 market. Support relationships with district-level executives. Represent Raptor at industry events.
