1-3 years of experience in political campaigns, advocacy organizations, public affairs, digital media, or sales/BD roles. Experience in Democratic campaigns and media sales are a major plus. Interest in sales, paid media, and business development. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Detail-oriented and organized. Comfortable conducting outreach, following up with prospects, and representing Allied professionally. Collaborative mindset with a client-focused, problem-solving attitude. Familiarity with political cycles, campaign structures, or agency environments is a plus. High motivation to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
