Remote Waiver Legal Assistant

1-2 years of Immigration Law experience Knowledge of procedural requirements for various visa types Client-service attitude with excellent case management skills Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications Experience with Case Management Software

Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications Communicate with clients regarding case processing Oversee case status and run reports using case management systems Follow internal intake procedures Update case management system with client information and communications Maintain hard copy files for immigration activity Keep clients informed on case progress Assist attorneys and team members in managing caseload Communicate case progress and issues to supervisors
